3113, The Beginning

I first spoke of this date in my blog in My Personal View of Current Events in March of last year. The original idea for applying Daniel to today is in my blog "Time Travel" from 2009. That post involved going backward using the Book of Daniel prophesies. Now let's move forward.
When taken together, God expects us to listen and watch for His signs and know when His judgement is near. Debate can be had as to knowing the "exact date", but I believe He told me as He told Noah.

I have never considered myself a prophet, just a simple servant of God doing my best to do His will. I have delayed publishing most of this for over a year struggling with the thought that it was not God's will, but mine. Lately, He has placed an overwhelming burden on my heart to share this with all who would listen. Originally intended to be a book, these posts are my notes, as every time I start to type the pages of the book I shake uncontrollably with excitement...more than normal...and cannot hit the right keys. Now it's too late for publication in book form.
I am not too gullible to believe the world revolves around the United States. Being "the most powerful nation on earth" headed by "the most powerful man on earth" we do have some influence. That said, events taking place today in the world, including America, point toward certain biblical prophesies that need discussion. Over the centuries many have believed the end of time was eminent, but I believe more evidence points at today than any other time in history, with more signs coinciding than ever. Their views were that of an apocalypse, mine is one of celebration!! This is my viewpoint. I will post segments over the next few weeks laying out in detail what I believe the Bible tells us about TODAY. Feel free to comment, but hear me out to the end, everything will tie together!

Many of Daniels prophesies came to him from God in dreams (prayerful). Studying the prophecies of Daniel over the last 4 years searching for the same knowledge God gave Daniel eluded me. Beginning in 2009, I tried desperately on my own to piece together the number of days Daniel spoke of concerning the Temple and the return of Christ and correlate them to today’s events. Nothing seemed to add up, bits and pieces would fall into place, but there were too many gaps left unfilled. In February of this year I received the same dream three nights in a row. The first night I was naturally somewhat skeptical, I hadn't read Daniel in several months. The second night was more vivid. The third night was chilling.

I awoke exhausted as though I had run a marathon. I told my wife that God had spoken again, this time with a date. I then began my study in earnest, researching, but mostly listening to the voice of God. The information I found was insightful. We will see that the beginning of the seven year Tribulation was in 2009. The mid-point of the seven year period would fall 3 ½ years later, sometime in 2013. The date I was given: March 1, 2013. Daniel chapter 12 gives a detailed account of what will happen at the time of Christ’s return:

“1 At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book —will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. 4 But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”
5 Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank. 6 One of them said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long will it be before these astonishing things are fulfilled?”
7 The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time. When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed. ”
8 I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, “My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?”
9 He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end. 10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.
11 “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.
13 “As for you, go your way till the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance. ”

1.      Foresight:

Our ability to know when then coming of the Lord will occur:

This is the most often quoted passage concerning our knowledge of the End Times:

Matthew 24:32-41 32 “Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it[e] is near, right at the door. 34 Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left."

This passage has been broken down into two separate ideas: first, 36 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father." This leaves out the previous statement by Jesus that "33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it[e] is near, right at the door." Between the two Jesus interjects reference to His Earthly rule 35 "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away."

Note that Jesus teaches that we know how to read the signs of an oncoming summer. When the signs prophesied begin, that generation shall not pass away. When Heaven and earth will pass away only God knows (the end of His 1,000 year reign). Noah knew of things to come days before the flood. God told him. And as for the last, one man and one woman will be taken...the chaff...the other two left behind...to rule with Christ 1,000 years. Jesus taught that the good will be left until the harvest, and the evil sorted at that time:

Matthew 13:24-30 "24 Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25 But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. 26 When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.
27 “The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’
28 “‘An enemy did this,’ he replied.
“The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’
29 “‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’”
(I will discuss this more in the Pre-Tribulation Rapture later)

More scripture to support these ideas:

Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge"

John 16:13 "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, [that] shall he speak: and he will show you things to come."

Revelation 22:6  " And he said unto me, These sayings [are] faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to show unto his servants the things which must shortly be done."

Deuteronomy 29:29 "The secret [things belong] unto the LORD our God: but those [things which are] revealed [belong] unto us and to our children for ever, that [we] may do all the words of this law."

John 14:26  " But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."

Thessalonians-1 5:4-5   "But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness."

Summary:

1. March 1, 2013 (3113) will begin the last 3 1/2 years of Tribulation, which started on July 5, 2009 (1,335 days backward); the start of John's seven bowls from Revelations beginning September 11, 2016 (1,290 days); culminating in Jesus return to establish his Millennial Kingdom October 26, 2016 (1,335 days forward).
2. The 70 Year prophecy in Daniel 24 ties with the formation of Israel and the timing is the same; 62 years until the Messiah is cut off (2009), 69 years until the restoration of the Temple (2016, the period between is the seven years of Tribulation), 70 years until God's rest (2017). The number of years a man is allotted on this earth (one generation, "...This generation shall not pass...") is three score and ten, 70 years, in Psalms 90:10.
3. The current events happening in the United States, Israel, and the entire Middle East directly tie to the events of which the Bible speaks.

I do not fear this time, I rejoice that my children and grandchildren will see the Glory of Christ!
